We understand that most people do not want to wait weeks for an appointment with a specialist, particularly if there is anxiety about their condition. We have a dynamic system that allows us in most cases to see new patients in less than a week. Urgent referrals can usually be accommodated the same day or the next day, at your doctor's request.

Please remember to bring:

• Your paperwork in case you are referred by another doctor
• Your X-rays, CT scans, MRIs and images relevant to your ENT condition
• Any recent lab tests
• If you have previous hearing tests
• Sleep studies previously performed
• CPAP SD card
• Mask and CPAP equipment to verify function and adjustments
• Credit and debit card payments are accepted

Prices

Our fees will be reported at the time you call to request reports. There is generally a price per consultation, and there are additional fees if extra procedures are performed, which will be presented and explained to the patient beforehand if necessary.

We request that payment be cleared on the day of the consultation. For your convenience, we have an electronic terminal and we accept payments with MasterCard and Visa credit cards. In case of having Medical Expenses Insurance, the due report will be made as requested by the patient, and an invoice will be delivered. The payment route through SGMM is through refund, without exception.

We have a system of special prices and discounts for special populations or with limited resources, please request directly in the office.
